We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us manage and execute our projects efficiently.

Job Description: As a Project Manager at Ezy Web Pro, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of web design projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be crucial in coordinating efforts, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in web design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in web design or development projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
