How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1-2 weeks of agreement. For urgent projects, we can sometimes start sooner depending on current workload.
How long does a website take?
Simple sites: 2-3 weeks. Sites with booking software: 4-6 weeks. Custom development: varies based on scope.
Do you work with clients outside Jamaica?
Absolutely. I work with clients across the Caribbean, US, UK, and beyond. Same timezone as US East Coast makes communication easy.
What's your payment structure?
Typically 50% deposit to start, 50% on completion. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone payments.
Do you provide hosting?
I recommend hosting providers and can set everything up. For Ezy software clients, we offer managed hosting packages.
What about support after launch?
All projects include a support period. Ongoing maintenance packages available for continued support and updates.
