Step 1: Download WhatsApp Business

Step 3: Create Your Catalog

The catalog is a game-changer. Instead of answering "What do you sell?" and "How much?" a hundred times, customers browse your catalog themselves.

  2. Tap Add new item
  3. Add a photo (good lighting, clean background)
  4. Enter name and price

Automatically sent when you're unavailable (outside business hours, on vacation, etc.).

  4. Choose schedule: Always, Custom, or Outside business hours

Step 5: Create Quick Replies

Quick replies are saved responses you can send with a shortcut. Type "/" and your shortcut to instantly insert the message.
