Your one-time development fee covers:
- One-page website design — A single, professionally designed scrolling page

- Basic SEO setup — Page title, description, and Google-ready structure

- 2 rounds of revisions — We'll make reasonable changes after you review
💰 Monthly Hosting Fee — $2,500 JMD/month
After your website is built, you pay $2,500 JMD per month to keep it online. This covers:
- Web hosting — Server space to keep your site accessible 24/7
- SSL certificate — Security (the padlock icon / https://)
- Daily backups — Your site is backed up regularly
- Basic maintenance — We keep things running smoothly
- 99.9% uptime — Your site stays online
⚠️ Important: If you stop paying the monthly hosting fee, your website will go offline. It will not be accessible to anyone until you resume payments.
Hosting Payment Terms
- First month's hosting is due when your site goes live
- Payment is due by the 1st of each month
- 7-day grace period for late payments
- After 7 days late, your site may be suspended
- We keep your files for 90 days after suspension
- You can restart anytime by paying outstanding balance

Your domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.com) is not included in this offer. You are responsible for:
- Purchasing your own domain (~$2,500-3,500 JMD/year for .com)
- Renewing it annually
- Providing us access to connect it to your hosting
💡 Don't have a domain? We can help you purchase one. Just let us know and we'll guide you through the process or handle it for you (you pay the domain registrar directly).
❌ What's NOT Included
To keep the $15,000 JMD price point, the following are not included:
- Domain name — You buy and own this separately
- Logo design — Please provide your logo (or we can quote separately)
- Professional photography — Please provide your photos
- Copywriting — Please provide your text content
- E-commerce / online store — This is a simple one-page site
- Booking systems — Not included at this price
- Multiple pages — This is a ONE-page website
- Email hosting — Use Gmail/Outlook or ask about email setup
- Ongoing content updates — We build it, you manage it (or upgrade to a care plan)
📝 What You Need to Provide
To build your website, we need you to send:
- Your logo — High-resolution PNG or vector file
- Your photos — Up to 10 images, good quality
- Your text content — About your business, services, contact info
- Your contact details — Phone, email, address, social links
- Domain access — Login details or nameserver info
⏰ Delays: If you don't provide materials within 14 days of payment, your project may be deprioritized. We'll do our best, but we can't build without your content.
🔄 Revisions Policy
After we show you the first draft:
- 2 rounds of revisions are included
- Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving each draft
- "Revisions" means changes to colors, layout, text corrections, image swaps
- "Revisions" does NOT mean completely redesigning the site
- Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds: $2,500 JMD per round

📄 Ownership & Files

💸 Refund Policy
- Before work starts: Full refund minus $2,500 JMD admin fee
- After first draft sent: 50% refund
- After site goes live: No refund (work is complete)
- Monthly hosting: No refunds for partial months
