The Story Behind the Vision
🌱 Early Signs of Leadership
My journey began in a small Jamaican home, raised by three older aunts as the only boy in the family. From a young age, I was seen as bright and ambitious—starting school at just 3 years old with a love for learning that still defines me today.
In grade 2, I asked my school principal for the opportunity to clean the overgrown gardens in front of the school. It was a job that meant sacrificing playtime, but I embraced it. That experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for transformation and finishing what you start.
💡 The Business Mindset Was Always There
As early as first form in high school, I spotted opportunities others overlooked. When long lunch lines ate into break time, I started offering to buy lunch for classmates in exchange for a small tip.
What started as a simple solution turned into a daily operation. The lesson stuck: people pay for convenience, and solutions create value.

I spent three years at Vistaprint, excelling in both customer service and order quality assurance. I consistently ranked as a top-performing agent, sharpening my communication, organization, and quality control skills—foundations that serve me well in web design today.
