🚀 Getting Started

Welcome to Ezy Travels Pro! This guide will help you set up your tour booking system and start accepting reservations.

First Steps

1. Access your dashboard
   Log in to your WordPress admin panel and look for "Ezy Travels" in the left sidebar.
2. Configure your business settings
   Go to Ezy Travels → Settings and enter your business name, contact info, and currency preferences.
3. Set up your pickup locations
   Add the hotels, airports, and areas you serve. These will appear in the booking form.
4. Add your tours or transfer routes
   Create your tour packages with descriptions, pricing, and availability.
5. Connect your payment gateway
   Set up eZeePayments, PayPal, or Stripe to accept deposits.

Adding a New Tour

1. Go to Ezy Travels → Tours → Add New
2. Enter the tour name and description
3. Set your pricing (per person, per group, or tiered)
4. Add photos (recommended: at least 3 high-quality images)
5. Set availability (specific days, blackout dates)
6. Click Publish

Pricing Options

• Per Person: Price multiplied by number of guests
• Per Group: Flat rate regardless of group size
• Tiered: Different prices for different group sizes (e.g., 1-4 guests: $200, 5-8 guests: $300)

🚐 Transfer Pricing

Set up your airport transfers and point-to-point pricing.

How the Quote Calculator Works

Ezy Travels Pro includes an instant quote calculator that gives customers automatic pricing based on:

• Pickup location (hotel, airport, cruise port)
• Drop-off destination
• Number of passengers
• Vehicle type (if you have multiple)

Setting Up Transfer Zones

1. Go to Ezy Travels → Transfers → Zones
2. Create zones for your service areas (e.g., Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril)
3. Set pricing between each zone pair

💳 Payment Setup

Accept deposits and payments from your customers.

Supported Payment Gateways

• eZeePayments — Local Jamaica payments (recommended)
• PayPal — International payments
• Stripe — Credit card processing
• Bank Transfer — Manual payment option

Setting Up eZeePayments

1. Go to Ezy Travels → Settings → Payments
2. Enable eZeePayments
3. Enter your eZeePayments Merchant ID and API Key
4. Save settings

Deposit Settings

You can require a deposit at booking time:

• Full Payment: Customer pays 100% upfront
• Percentage Deposit: e.g., 20% deposit, balance due on arrival
• Fixed Deposit: e.g., $50 deposit per booking

📅 Managing Bookings

View, confirm, and manage customer reservations.

Booking Statuses

• Pending: Awaiting payment or confirmation
• Confirmed: Payment received, booking active
• Completed: Tour/transfer completed
• Cancelled: Booking cancelled

Confirming a Booking

When a booking comes in, you'll receive an email notification. To confirm:

1. Go to Ezy Travels → Bookings
2. Click on the booking to view details
3. Verify payment status
4. Click "Confirm Booking"
5. Customer receives automatic confirmation email
