Refusing bank transfer online loses half of Jamaica. Taking it by "send me a screenshot on WhatsApp" loses your evenings. There's a middle.

The proper flow

Customer chooses "Bank transfer" at checkout → sees your account details and a reference → uploads the proof screenshot right there → the order sits as "awaiting confirmation" → you tap "mark paid" → the receipt sends and any download releases. One thread, no chasing.

Alongside cards

Offer card checkout too — Scotiabank, Fygaro or eZeePayments — because impulse buyers don't do transfers. A store that offers both converts more than a store that offers either.

Cash on delivery

For local delivery, COD via the reserve flow still has its place; the order is recorded, the driver collects.
