Quick answer: Order first, always. The customer uploads the receipt to that order (not to your DMs). You confirm the money is in your account — not "pending", in — before you mark paid or ship. For big-ticket items take a card payment or a deposit. Never ship on a screenshot alone.
The four rules
- Order before money. A reference number ties the payment to the item.
- Receipt to the order, not the chat. Upload links do this automatically.
- In the account, not pending. Check the bank app, then Mark paid.

Spotting a fake screenshot
