🚀 Introducing Ezy Rentals Pro 2.0 — One System, Every Rental Business

We didn't build rental software in a lab. We built Ezy Car Rentals for real Jamaican car rental companies, shipped it across live businesses, and iterated it through dozens of versions based on what operators actually needed — online card deposits, digital contracts, customer portals, seasonal pricing.

Then the calls started coming from everyone else: bus operators. Bike shops. Jet ski concessions. Party rental companies. Same problem, different fleet. Ezy Rentals Pro 2.0 is that proven engine, opened up to every rental vertical.

🧠 It asks what you rent — then becomes that system

Setup opens with one question: "What kind of rentals do you offer?" Tap 🚗 cars, 🚌 buses & coaches, 🏍️ bikes & scooters, 🚤 boats & watercraft, 🛠️ equipment & tools, or 🔑 mixed — and the whole system reconfigures. Your admin says "Add New Bus". Your customers see "🚤 Available Boats". Fleet categories arrive preset for your industry (a jet ski's security deposit defaults higher than a kayak's — because it should). Change your mind later? One click in Settings, and your bookings and fleet are untouched.

💳 Deposits paid by card, before pickup

Card deposits are built in via Fygaro — on the same engine already proven live on Jamaican rental sites — with the Scotiabank eCommerce gateway available on request. Ten payment methods total, including PayPal, Lynk, Cash App, bank transfer and cash on pickup, because the Caribbean pays in more than one way. Deposits can be a percentage or fixed, with per-category refundable security deposits.

📋 Built like a business, not a booking form

Digital contracts with e-signature and PDF copies. A self-serve customer portal. Loyalty rewards and corporate accounts. Fuel logs and inspections. Seasonal pricing and promo codes. Insurance plans and extras as checkout upsells. PDF invoices, revenue reports — and a PWA admin app that installs on your phone and pings you the moment a booking lands.
