Your wife, your cousin or your agency runs an ad for the weekend special. It gets clicks. The clicks land on a homepage that says "Welcome to our website" with a menu of twelve things. The visitor cannot find the special and leaves. That is most Jamaican ad money.
What a landing page is
One page, one offer, one action. The headline repeats the ad's promise. The price is on it. Three reviews are on it. The WhatsApp button is pre-typed with the offer name. There is no menu, no footer full of links, no "learn more".
The five things it must have
- A headline that matches the ad word for word.
- The price or the deal, above the fold.
- Proof: reviews, photos, rating.
- One button, one action, pre-typed.
- An answer to the obvious objection (location, hours, deposit, what happens next).
How to build one fast
Copy your best service page, strip the menu and the extra sections, change the headline to the ad's line, and give it its own link. On Ezy sites this is a one-hour job inside the plan; on Wix or Shopify it is a hidden page.
- Write the ad headline first.
- Make a page whose headline is the same sentence.
- Put the price and one button on it.
- Send the ad there, not home.

Frequently asked
Does every ad need its own page?
Every offer does. Three ads for one offer can share a page.
Can the landing page be the WhatsApp catalogue?
For a simple product, yes — a catalogue item with price and a button is a landing page.
What about Google ads?
Same rule, stronger: the page must say the thing the person searched for.
