Yes — every freelancer registers with skills and device, passes Ezy Academy modules (the Ezy Standard, the QA Method, tools, boundaries), is rated by clients on every task and climbs tiers by track record. Three strikes pause an account.
New freelancers can take tasks up to J$5,000. Trusted (three tasks rated 4★ or better) up to J$25,000. Pro (ten) has no cap. You can require a minimum tier when you post.
Ezy Web Pro's free training for the crew — six modules with quizzes on quality standards, QA, the tools clients use, and how to communicate and escalate. Passed modules show on each profile.
Tasks are claimed by the crew, so set a minimum tier and write a clear checklist; the freelancer who claims it is shown to you with their full profile the moment they do.
