Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
If you live in Gmail and Google Drive, Workspace. If your business runs on Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft 365. Both work on every phone; we set up whichever you choose.
What does a mailbox cost?
Google and Microsoft publish their own per-user monthly prices (a few US dollars per person for the starter tiers) and bill you directly. Ezy does not add a margin on mailboxes.
Can I keep my old Gmail?
Yes — we forward it to the new address and set up "send as" so replies come from your business name.
Will my email stop going to spam?
The SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are the main reason business mail gets junked. We set all three on your domain; most "my emails go to spam" problems end there.
Do I need an Ezy website for this?
No. It is included with every Ezy plan, and quoted on its own if you only need the email.
