Ezy Web Pro Freelance Platform ยท Last updated July 2026
1. Independent contractor
You work as an independent contractor, not an employee of Ezy Web Pro. You choose which jobs to claim and when to work. You're responsible for your own taxes and statutory obligations. Nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
2. How jobs work
- Jobs are first come, first served. The pay and completion window are shown before you claim.
- Once you claim a job, you commit to completing it within its window. If something blocks you, tell us immediately โ unresponsive overdue jobs may be reopened for other freelancers.
- Every delivery is reviewed by Ezy Web Pro before it's accepted. We may request reasonable fixes to meet the brief; work is approved when it meets the brief's standard.
3. Payment
- Approved work becomes credit โ the amount is secured and set aside the moment your work is approved.
- All credits pay out every Friday, in JMD, by bank transfer from our NCB business account, to the bank details in your profile.
- No fees or commissions are taken from your pay: the amount shown on a job is the amount you receive.
- Keep your bank details accurate โ payouts to details you provided are considered delivered.
4. Confidentiality
Jobs give you access to client business information โ logins, customer lists, documents, unpublished content. You agree to use this information only for the job, keep it strictly confidential, never copy or share it, and delete any local copies when the job is done. This obligation continues after you stop working on the platform.
5. Work ownership
All work you deliver and are paid for belongs to Ezy Web Pro and/or its client (work for hire). Don't reuse client materials or deliverables elsewhere. You may describe the type of work you've done (e.g. in a portfolio) without exposing client information, unless a job says otherwise.
6. Direct dealing (non-circumvention)
Clients you encounter through the platform are Ezy Web Pro's clients. While working with us and for 12 months after, you agree not to solicit or accept work directly from them outside the platform. Bring opportunities to us instead โ good work here leads to more and better-paid jobs.
7. Honest work
Submissions must be your own work, done to the brief. Using tools (including AI) is fine where a job allows it, but you're responsible for accuracy and quality of everything you submit. Fabricated, plagiarized or careless work may result in non-approval and removal from the platform.
8. Account & conduct
One account per person, with your real name. Be professional in communications. We may deactivate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, or repeated quality/reliability issues โ and we'll always tell you why.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows; we'll notify you of material changes by email, and continuing to claim jobs after notice means you accept the updated terms.
