2. Send VIPs the first look at anything new — 24 hours before everyone else.
3. One broadcast a week maximum: value first (tip, photo, first look), ask second, 'reply STOP to leave' last.
4. Track replies, not sends — if a list stops replying, change the content or the frequency.
5. Move anyone who says STOP off every list the same day.
