Ninety days is long enough to change the trajectory of a business and short enough to stay honest. Pick your step; do the thirty days in order; check one number on Fridays.
Which step are you on?
- Step 1 — no website yet; customers get an Instagram link
- Step 2 — a website, but the phone is quiet
- Step 3 — customers, but everything lives in DMs and screenshots
- Step 4 — growing, and all of it runs through you
Start the plan at your step. Skipping ahead is how owners end up paying for a receptionist nobody can find.
Days 1–30: findable and buyable
Step 1: a turnkey site with prices and WhatsApp, live in seven days — J$35,000. Step 2: complete the Google Business Profile, add twenty photos, get the review link into your WhatsApp quick replies, put prices on the site, list free on the directory. Steps 3–4: audit the five-minute test and fix what fails.
Friday number: enquiries (messages + calls).
Days 31–60: the system
Bookings with deposits, or a store with receipt upload and card payments, or online ordering — J$9,500/mo with the software included. Write the five follow-up messages once: payment received, shipped/confirmed, leave a review, you left something in your cart, we haven't seen you in a while.
Friday number: deposits or orders.
Days 61–90: traffic and hands-off
A small ad budget on one offer (J$1,000–3,000/day) now that the page converts. SEO foundation if you are in it for the year. An AI receptionist answering at 2AM and booking while you sleep — Business+ J$12,500/mo. You stop answering the same six questions.
Friday number: cost per enquiry, and hours you did not spend on the phone.
- One number, written down, every Friday. Leads, calls, deposits or orders — whichever your step is trying to move.
- Change one thing on Monday. Not five.
- Ezy sends a plain-English report monthly; you still check the number weekly.

Frequently asked
What if I have no money for any of this?
If the business is real but the cash is not, Ezy Rescue fixes and runs the marketing for J$0 up front and is paid from tracked sales.
Can I do 90 days on my own?
Days 1–30, mostly yes. The system and the automations are where owners usually bring us in.
What if I am on Step 4 already?
Then the plan is about removing you: AI receptionist, automations, POS that shares stock with the store, a monthly report instead of daily checking.
