A calendar is the difference between a page that posts and a page that posted once. Here is one you can copy today, and the thinking behind each slot so it does not feel random.
The weekly rhythm
- Monday — the work. Finished job, product, plate, car. Price in the caption.
- Wednesday — the number. Price list carousel, package, this week's offer, "slots left".
- Friday — the proof. A customer (with permission), a review screenshot, a before/after.
- Saturday — the people. You, the team, the process, a question answered to camera.
- Stories, most days. What is happening now, a poll, a reminder of the offer.
The month
- Week 1 — introduce. Who you are, what you sell, where, prices from, how to order.
- Week 2 — show. Four pieces of real work, each with a price and a reason to message.
- Week 3 — prove. Reviews, repeat customers, the busiest day you had.
- Week 4 — ask. The offer, the batch, the dates. End with "WhatsApp us on …".

Batch it in one afternoon
- Shoot 20 photos and 4 short videos of real work in daylight.
- Write 8 captions in one sitting — the rhythm above tells you what each says.
- Schedule with Meta Business Suite (free) for the month.
- Keep Stories live and unscripted.
Make it yours
The template is generic by design. Leona writes the specific version — thirty ideas for your business, with the captions for week one — as the free 30-day plan. Run it yourself, or let us run it for J$25,000 a month.
Not sure which step you're on? Book a growth call — fifteen minutes with Lee, no pressure, no obligation. You leave with the step, the first fix and the price.
Frequently asked
What if I run out of things to post?
You will not if you follow the rhythm: there is always new work, a price, a customer and a person.
Can I post the same thing on Instagram and Facebook?
Yes. Same post, both platforms, scheduled together from Business Suite.
How far ahead should I plan?
One month. Longer plans go stale; shorter ones get skipped.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It is how we show our thinking before you pay anyone anything.
