A good VA gives you back ten hours a week. Here is what that costs in Jamaica, and what to hand over first.
Quick answer: Part-time Jamaican VA (10 hrs/week): J$12,000–20,000/mo; 20 hrs/week: J$25,000–35,000/mo. For US and UK businesses: Jamaican VAs work in US Eastern time and invoice in USD, usually through Upwork or Payoneer. Start with inbox triage, appointment booking and invoicing; add customer service once trust is built.
