The weekend schedule

Friday night: outline (what the buyer gets on page 1, 2, 3 — no more than 10 sections). Saturday: build the ugly version end to end, then make it pretty. Sunday morning: give it to two people, watch them use it, fix what confused them. Sunday night: export, name the file properly, write the description. Done.

What 'professional' means

Consistent fonts (two max), one colour palette, real margins, page numbers, a cover with the product name and your brand, a 'how to use this' page, and your website or WhatsApp on the last page. That last page is marketing that ships inside every sale.

Make it editable when you can

Templates that buyers can edit (Canva share link, Word, Sheets) sell for more and get fewer refund requests than locked PDFs. Sell the editable version as the premium tier.

1. Friday night: write the outline — 8–10 section titles max — and the last page (your brand, WhatsApp, website).
2. Saturday morning: build the ugly version end to end in Canva or Google Docs. No design yet, just every section filled.
3. Saturday afternoon: apply ONE palette and TWO fonts, add a cover, page numbers and a 'how to use this' page.
4. Sunday: hand it to two real people. Watch where they get confused. Fix those two things only.
5. Export a PDF (and keep the editable Canva/Docs link as your Pro version). Name the file 'Product-Name-v1.pdf' and write the product description while it's fresh.
