Followers, likes and "reach" are numbers platforms show you because they are easy to grow. These four are the ones that pay.
Where each one lives
- Visitors: Ezy Stats on Ezy sites; Google Analytics on others.
- WhatsApp taps: the button count in Ezy Stats, or a per-page pre-typed message you can count in your chats.
- Enquiries: your WhatsApp Business labels — count "new enquiry" each week.
- Sales: the till, the bank, the order list.
The Monday line
Five minutes: date · visitors · taps · enquiries · sales. One line in a sheet. After four weeks you have a picture nobody can argue with.
What each low number means
- Low visitors, decent rate → traffic: Google profile, SEO, ads.
- Visitors but few taps → the page: button, prices, proof, speed.
- Taps but few enquiries → the chat opener or the pre-typed message.
- Enquiries but few sales → reply speed, price shown too late, no deposit option.
- Make the sheet with the four columns.
- Fill in last week as best you can.
- Pick the lowest and do one thing about it.
