1. Not verified
Unverified profiles do not rank. Google may ask for video verification in Jamaica — film the signage, the interior and the street.
2. Suspended
Usually a policy trip: a home address for a business that does not serve customers there, keyword stuffing in the name. Fix the cause, then appeal.
3. Wrong or vague category
"Bakery" not "Store". The primary category decides which searches you appear for.
4. Address mismatches
Website, Facebook and profile should show the same address and phone.
5. No reviews or photos
Five reviews and twenty photos move you into the pack in most parishes.
6. Duplicate listings
Claim and merge; Google splits authority between them.
7. No website link
Link the profile to your site; posts and services should point to pages that exist.
