Print this, open your site on your phone, and tick. Be honest — a half-tick is a no.
Contact (5)
- A WhatsApp button on every page, visible without scrolling on a phone.
- The WhatsApp link opens with a message already typed.
- The phone number is tappable (not an image, not plain text).
- Opening hours and "we reply within…" are stated.
- The contact form, if any, sends to a phone you actually check — or is removed.
Money (5)
- Prices or starting prices on the service pages.
- Packages or options laid out, not "varies".
- A deposit or payment can be taken on the site (for bookings and orders).
- What happens after they pay or book is written down.
- No PayPal-only or "contact for payment details" dead ends.
Trust (5)
- Three or more real Google reviews on the page, quoted exactly.
- Real photos of real work, products or premises — not stock.
- Your name and face somewhere.
- Address or parish and the areas you serve.
- The Google rating number shown, if it is good.
Speed and clarity (5)
- The page shows in under three seconds on mobile data.
- Text readable and buttons tappable on a phone without zooming.
- One next step per page, and it is the most obvious thing on the screen.
- The headline says what you do and where in the first line.
- Googling your business name shows the site on page one.
- 18–20: fix the two and spend on traffic.
- 12–17: a Site Care month fixes this.
- Under 12: the free check will tell you whether it is fixes or a rebuild.

Frequently asked
How long does it take to fix the whole list?
Most items are an hour each. A full pass is a week of evenings, or one Site Care month.
Which group matters most?
Contact. A site with no one-tap WhatsApp is losing the most, whatever else it has.
Does this apply to Wix or Shopify sites?
Yes — every item can be done on them, with the platform's own tools or a small edit.
